Buddy Walzak is our Chief of Staff. He’s focused on ensuring Pivotal Growth is an industry leader, and sustaining the exceptional client experience our clients have come to expect. Buddy leads the strategy development and plan to capitalize on the accelerated growth and commercialization of our proprietary leadership diagnostic. He supports the founder in executing strategic decisions, plus measuring and evaluating projects and results. 

​

Buddy brings 35 years of senior leadership experience from his career in government. In his previous role, he was responsible for the overall administration and operations of a central government department. He led the coordination and advancement of the province’s strategic interests, including the development of Nova Scotia’s international engagement strategies, which resulted in increased trade and economic benefits for Nova Scotians. His success was achieved by his ability to maintain productive relationships with regional, national and international partners. Through these relationships, he helped advance the province’s economic, government and international objectives. 

​

Buddy completed his bachelor and post-graduate studies at Dalhousie University, and holds a certificate in negotiations from Harvard University.

 

He looks forward to bringing rigour and strategic enablement to the Pivotal Growth team.

Bless Caraan is an accomplished software professional with 14 years of experience in one of the Fortune 500 companies. She started her career as a Software Development Engineer, and quickly rose to leadership roles that highlighted her exceptional skills and expertise.


As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Bless championed process improvement projects, significantly improving efficiency and productivity. She also trained hundreds of engineers on Continuous Improvement principles and methodologies.


Her passion for enhancing processes and fostering innovation led to her appointment as a Software Engineering Manager. She successfully led a team of seasoned developers and testers to deliver high-quality software solutions to global customers, consistently exceeding expectations.
