Our Coach Matching
Unique to our one-on-one coaching experience is coach matching. An initial meeting with our coaching practice lead confirms your aspirations, interpersonal preferences and learning style needs. A coach is recommended and introduced to assess how it would feel to work together.
Coaching Methodology
Using International Coaching Federation coaching methodology, the coaching experience focuses on the future, understands individual needs, and facilitates the realization of results.
The coaching engagement leverages goal setting, accountability, and change leadership. We integrate tools and learning exercises that inspire, navigate, skill build and realize goals.
When requested, sponsor involvement, measurement, reporting and program management are provided.
To support our clients best success, our coach matching draws on coaching talent from several partners including Vision Coaching.
