She plays a central role in overseeing the flow of diagnostic data, from live deployment through report delivery, ensuring each experience reflects PGI’s quality standards and human-centric approach.

Working across PGI’s technology ecosystem, Amy partners with Cerebrics and VMG to manage diagnostic workflows, response capture, and report distribution. She ensures systems, data, and outputs stay aligned, allowing consultants and leaders to focus on insight and action rather than process.

Amy also works with leadership and team data to curate summaries and customized views that help patterns emerge and stories take shape. She contributes to the evolution of PGI’s reporting by shaping how insights are presented, blending structure, design, and narrative so reports feel engaging, intuitive, and practically useful.
