Melanie Hall

Melanie Hall is a modern leadership professional, completing an 8-month internship with Pivotal Growth. 

She is currently a student at Dalhousie University, entering her final year of the Bachelor of Management program. Melanie brings with her experience in team leadership, managing process efficiency, and vigorous organization. She is eager to apply her academic insights into hands-on modern leadership practice. 

Before joining the team at Pivotal Growth, Melanie’s experience is highlighted by leading detailed event planning, supporting external relations, and designing innovative processes. Her primary interests lie in relationship management, building teamwork systems, and digital communication practices.
