Sheneen Jit

Sheneen Jit is a transformation and operations leader with over 30 years of experience delivering complex change across the financial services, technology and regulated sectors. Her expertise spans strategy execution and change execution, including core banking replacements, Agile transitions, DevOps enablement, and enterprise systems integration.

She has led the turnaround of a software division at one of Canada’s largest credit unions. She’s also delivered critical systems integration projects in both public safety and financial services, as well as programs requiring precision, business alignment, and operational continuity.

Sheneen brings depth in program structure, stakeholder alignment, and operational governance, combining business acumen and systems thinking to ensure delivery is both disciplined and aligned to business needs. Her focus extends beyond implementation to encompass embedding the processes, change adoption, and accountability required for sustained change and impact.
